CSAM Definition

Child Sexually Abusive Material is commonly known as child pornography. In courts, the acronym CSAM is generally used. CSAM includes visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor. State and federal charges carry significant penalties for possession, manufacture, delivery, production, or trafficking CSAM.
